We teach traditional Korean martial arts Mirae Kuk Sool to adults and children of all abilities from complete novice to advanced level. Our classes offer lots of variety and no two classes are the same. Through a huge comprehensive syllabus you will learn the martial arts of Korea at your own pace and become a true martial artist (see below for details of what you will learn). Leave every class with a sense of achievement, feel more positive, get fitter, stronger and develop your mind, all whilst having great fun. Through consistent training we will help you progress through the ranks, from White belt all the way through to Black belt and beyond. With emphasis on positive energy, life balance and peace within ones self. We bring out the best in each Practitioner.

Encompassing over fifty different Korean styles taken from three primary cultural sub-groups: Family Martial Arts, Buddhist Martial Arts & Royal Court Martial Arts, we offer an exciting curriculum that will keep you engaged and intrigued for many, many years.
